Surprised at the accommodation and laid back staff. Very good for the money. The ice vending is $0.50 and took my money once without vending. At checkout time they start knocking on doors and sell late check-out For $10 per hour.
The rooms are roomy, lots of open space. The bathrooms kinda small but the overall room is not bad actually. They took a deposit and wouldn’t give a receipt. So that’s shady, but there’s guards in the parking lot. I was worried cause of the bad reviews but the rooms no longer have carpet.
This is not a 2.8 rated hotel. The beds were great, the shower was great. The tv was great. It was quiet during the night. What else do you want?
My friend is staying in there homeless assistance program. He’s gonna get his apartment in the next six months.

Hot water was kinda shotty and the air conditioning could have been better but I n comparison to other motels in the same price range, it was great. There was a fridge and personal microwave in the room, it had HBO, the maids weren't rude or mean, and it was relatively clean.
Staff was great ... Front Desk was helpful. The room was clean. Fresh paint, New T.V. and Flooring. Making this place Great Again. Put in a new bed and you get five stars. Everything you need is walking distance. Cool area and good Mexican Restaurant around.
Great value for the money. Rooms were a great size and nice and clean. Gary working the front desk was a huge help and made our stay after a long drive very pleasurable. Thanks Budget!
